The Coutu Research Group will conduct mechanical and electrical testing for Solar Roadways, Inc. on the Marquette University (MU) campus in the Engineering Materials and Structural Testing Laborator (EMSTL) and the MU Pavement Testbed area.  The following four areas will be tested and evaluated:  Freeze/Thaw Cycling, Moisture Conditioning, Shear Testing and Advanced Loading Testing.  Electrical testing will also be conducted to validated that mechanical testing does not adversely affect electrical functionality.
