Dr. Coutu, Universidad Popular Autonoma del Estado de Puebla

On June 13^th , Dr. Coutu gave an invited seminar at the Universidad Popular Autonoma del Estado de Puebla (UPAEP) in Puebla, Mexico for the Department of Mechatronics.  The presentation was entitled “SOA in MEMS switches.
