While the cleanroom of Marquette University is under construction over the next several months, the Coutu Research Group will be conducting device fabrication in the UW-Milwaukee cleanroom at the Global Water Center.
UW-Milwaukee Innovation Campus
The cleanroom at UW-Milwaukee’s Innovation Campus will provide the Coutu Research Group with their Heidelberg Maskless Lithography and Atomic Layer Deposition support.
